Withapp offers a unique platform where users can share or follow live stories and experiences. Aimed at storytellers, it allows you to craft a 'journey story' by posting snippets from your life, inviting engagement from others. The team sought my expertise to enhance user interaction by reimagining the story and journey aspects of the app. My role involved reworking the journey and posting features to boost user engagement. To validate my approach, I conducted a UX audit and usability tests, assessing if the redesign positively impacted user engagement.
